About the Foundation's Board of Directors

Per the Foundation's Constitution, the members of the Board of Directors shall be officers of the Hawaii Cyber Lions Club, unless so designated or elected by the officers. Additional members may be appointed/elected to the board if agreed upon by the Board of Directors.
